
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II- Lasers

Job Summary
Equipment Maintenance Technician – Peripheral Vascular Stent Manufacturing. Support a variety of semi‑automated and automated manufacturing equipment (laser systems, measurement systems, robotics, PLCs, etc.) to ensure high equipment uptime, meet KPIs, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives at the Plymouth facility.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair line manufacturing or plant equipment.
Diagnose failures, replace defective components, and troubleshoot using drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs.
Use hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
Redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for integration with existing manufacturing equipment.
Estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
High school diploma or equivalent (U.S.) or vocational/technical education or certification (other countries).
Nice to Have
Strong grasp of laser processing and secondary operations.
Experience with laser sources and workstations.
Experience with laser analysis tools (e.g., IR puck, power meter, beam profiler).
Experience with medical device cleaning standards, ISO13485, and GMP.

Salary range for U.S. locations: $49,600.00 – $74,400.00. Eligible for the Operations Incentive Plan.
