
Part Time Office Administrator

About the role: We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to keep our workplace running smoothly. You’ll be the steady presence that keeps the workplace running efficiently each day. This role is perfect for someone who is self‑motivated, enjoys being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day office needs, takes pride in maintaining a welcoming office experience and orderly environment.
This role will be in office, five days per week for four to five hours per day.
This is a Part Time role with an hourly pay range of $19.25–$24.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Support
Manage daily mail and package receipt, sorting, and distribution
Maintain office supply inventory; restock items and coordinate orders as needed
Oversee and stock kitchen supplies and general upkeep
Serve as the primary point of contact for general office needs and employee requests
Special and employee event planning and execution
Facilities & Building Coordination
Communicate with building management regarding maintenance, repairs, and facility updates
Submit and track work orders; follow up to ensure timely completion
Support emergency or urgent building needs, including coordinating responses and communicating updates to staff
Maintain awareness of building procedures, access requirements, and safety/emergency protocols
Administrative Support
Assist with vendor coordination (cleaning services, deliveries, maintenance providers, etc.)
Ensure availability of postage and postage supplies
Help with meeting room readiness, office organization, and light administrative tasks
Support onboarding/offboarding processes related to office access and workspace setup
Contribute to general office projects and improvements as needed
Other duties as required
Education, Licensing, and Certifications
High School Diploma
Experience
Minimum of one year prior experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or a similar role preferred
Skills And Knowledge Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency with email, basic office software, and online ordering systems

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move light office supplies or packages of 25 lbs. or less as needed
