Key Responsibilities
Handle a portfolio of personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement demands
Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
Manage discovery processes, including written discovery and document review
Participate in depositions, hearings, and other litigation-related activities
Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
Maintain organized case files and ensure adherence to deadlines
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing to practice law in Alabama
1–3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and service
