Analyst II (Standards & Compliance Dept)
Department of State Hospitals – Napa
Salary: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification.
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities
Perform complex technical duties in various mental health programs.
Independently revise existing policies and/or develop new policies and procedures with input and review from the Standards Compliance Director.
Work independently or lead or facilitate work groups for policy analysts and development.
Oversee projects or lead small staff groups in assignments for assigned areas of function.
Collaborate with community or forensic mental health administrators to improve mental health services.
Analyze situations accurately and take effective action.
Develop cooperative working relationships with community or forensic mental health administrators and health professionals.
Interpret mental health related laws and their application to program situations.
Work effectively with clients.
Communicate effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are specified in the Classification Specification. Candidates must meet these requirements to be eligible for consideration.
