Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians

Join our esteemed healthcare team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist and make a meaningful impact on women's health. This full-time position offers a dynamic clinical environment with scheduled hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Additionally, physicians will engage in hospital call shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a call schedule of 1:3, providing essential support for labor, delivery, and postpartum care. This role begins on February 2, 2026, with an orientation day and is expected to continue for a minimum of three months, offering a stable and rewarding placement.

In this role, you'll be responsible for hospital rounding, including patient contact during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods, with effective documentation requirements to support billing and compliance standards. Physicians will document patient contact hours, including callback and overtime, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all activities. The position emphasizes autonomy, allowing physicians to provide callback support remotely, without being required to be on-site during calls, fostering flexibility and work-life balance.

Required Skills:
  • Active Washington State medical license or IMLC
  • Proven experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills
  • Strong documentation and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience with hospital call coverage
  • Proficiency with electronic health records
  • Bilingual communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in OB-GYN
  • Malpractice insurance with a clean history

Other Requirements:
  • No on-site call back required; callback may be performed remotely
  • Documentation supporting patient contact hours for audit purposes
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including call shifts
  • Complies with all licensure, certification, and continuing medical education requirements
