As the Controller, your job duties will include:
Providing leadership and mentorship to a team of 3-5 direct reports
Managing cash flow for a $100M business unit
Leading the annual budget preparation and reforecasting
Leading the month, quarter, and year-end close
Liasoning with Big4 auditors and working through findings
Implementing ERP system and modules to produce efficiencies
Calculating percentage of completion and recognizing revenue in a custom manufacturing environment
Preparing financial statements and presenting site financials to executive teams
You are the right person if you have:
Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
10+ years of management accounting and finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
CMA or CPA preferred
