Challenge CEOs on what they believe about CA workers’ comp, litigation & staffing risk
Reframe their exposure
Present a new model

What You Own
1. Create the POV Shift (Your #1 Job)
Lead with risk, litigation exposure, and cost instability
Reframe prospects from:
Drive conversations where we become the only logical choice
2. Own the Full Deal Cycle
Run a disciplined pipeline with real deal stages
Control deal velocity and next steps at all times
3. Build a Force Multiplier
Train them to sell our model, not just refer us
Become the go‑to for complex risk clients
4. Target the Right Clients
We do not chase everything.
We win when:
Clients have complex risk exposure
They are using broken or non‑compliant models
They feel EPL exposure, cost pressure, or pricing instability
5. Drive Revenue with Precision
Hit and exceed monthly GP targets
Maintain clean, accurate forecasting
Focus on quality deals, not volume noise
What Winning Looks Like
You change how prospects think in the first meeting
You control the entire sales process
Brokers bring you their hardest deals
Your pipeline is tight, real, and closing
You deliver high‑quality GP consistently
Who You Are
You are not a relationship rep.
You are a commercial operator who sells with conviction.
Required
Proven B2B closing experience (PEO / staffing / risk / insurance preferred)
Ability to sell to CEOs and ownership
Strong point of view — you don’t wait to be told what to say
Comfortable challenging prospects directly
High ownership of pipeline and results
Strong Advantage
Experience with:
Broker/producer channels
Risk‑based selling
