Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Valid medical license in applicable state(s)
• Proven experience in emergency or urgent care settings
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high patient volumes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Bilingual abilities
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience
• Prior experience in a hospital or trauma center environment

Other Requirements:

• Availability for night shifts (Night 3x12-Hour: 19:00 - 07:00)
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignments or locum tenens positions
• Must maintain up-to-date medical licensure and certifications
• Compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
