This team works with internal stakeholders to identify, develop, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with third party companies to drive growth and achieve business objectives. The Business Development Senior Professional position is responsible for supporting numerous potential business transactions for Stellantis focusing primarily on North America operations. Typical transactions cover areas such as strategic supply arrangements, technology licenses, regulatory compliance, emerging technologies (e.g., electrified propulsion and advanced powertrain, autonomy, connectivity, etc.), new mobility, and vertical integration opportunities.
This is a "hands‑on" position meaning that the candidate will be directly engaged in all aspects of the business development process including:
Identifying and assessing new business opportunities with other automakers, key suppliers, technology companies, and other third parties
Performing financial modeling and analyses
Ensuring transactions are progressing by leveraging project management skills
Collaborating with and/or leading cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders and external third parties to develop transactions
Working closely with Legal to develop and negotiate related contracts
Developing presentation materials to secure transaction approval by Stellantis Senior Management

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of relevant professional experience
Proven business acumen and comprehension of market dynamics and industry trends
Proven project management, analytical, and communication skills
Proven self‑starter
Proficiency in AI and software tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MBA or JD)
Prior experience in corporate/business development, partnership management, and/or mergers and acquisitions
Demonstrated experience in negotiating and executing commercial transactions with third parties
