Responsibilities
Provide project coordination and administrative support for the implementation of State laws related to environmental initiatives within the transportation sector.
Track activities and progress within the State’s emissions reduction work program.
Support the administration and operations of committees related to the emissions reduction work.
Act as Enterprise Sustainability Coordinator in support of Executive Order 19-27 to reduce resource use.
Manage program content, documentation, and required reporting.
Coordinate with the Planning and Policy Director in the Office of Sustainability & Public Health and with a multidisciplinary team.
Ensure compliance with program objectives and reporting requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of professional program administration experience demonstrating the following:
Experience coordinating or supporting planning or program administration activities, including documentation, tracking, and communication.
Experience preparing written materials such as reports, memos, website content, or program documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience tracking program activities and performance measures to support program management and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sustainability, transportation, or public administration programs, particularly those related to emissions reduction or public health.
Experience interpreting technical reports, planning studies, or project development documents and synthesizing information for leadership or stakeholders.
Additional Requirements
Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history check.
