About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with employee onboarding and HRIS administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth new‑hire experience and maintaining accurate employee data within Workday. The position is fully on‑site in West Los Angeles and requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and first‑day readiness
Enter, update, and maintain employee records in Workday (HRIS) with a high level of accuracy
Process employee changes such as hires, transfers, job changes, and terminations
Partner with HR, Payroll, and managers to ensure data integrity and compliance
Assist with I‑9 documentation and compliance processes (as applicable)
Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding, HR systems, and basic HR processes
Maintain organized and up‑to‑date personnel files and documentation
Support additional HR administrative tasks and projects as needed
Required Qualifications

Prior experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or administrative HR support role
Hands‑on experience with Workday HRIS
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an on‑site HR environment
Familiarity with HR compliance processes and documentation
Strong communication and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven setting
Work Schedule

Full‑time schedule (details to be provided)
Pay Rate: $27 per hour
