Accounts Payable Outsourcing & Client Support Associate

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Outsourcing & Client Support Associate for the Corpay Cross Border line of business located in Pennsylvania. The role involves providing Invoice Management services and serving as the primary point of contact for clients to resolve daily account issues. The successful candidate will extend our clients’ Accounts Payable departments, demonstrate flexibility, and take ownership of the process in delivering customized AP solutions, foreign payment expertise, and exceptional client support. The position reports to the Manager AP and collaborates regularly with Accounts Payable teams.

Hybrid Work Environment
Corpay will set up the associate for success with an assigned workspace in the Bala Cynwyd, PA office, company‑issued equipment, and formal, hands‑on training.

Role Responsibilities

Learn and understand Invoice Automation Solutions offered for each client on a customized basis.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing client needs and facilitating invoices and file exchanges.

Execute a range of AP and payment‑related functions at the direction of clients.

Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients.

Complete data entry from international invoices, ensuring accurate and concise data policies for micro‑hedging.

Comply with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, compliance, and controls.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

Microsoft Office experience (required).

General computer literacy and touch‑typing skills (required).

Previous client service experience (strongly preferred).

Previous data entry experience in an office setting (preferred, not required).

Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.

Organized and able to multi‑task and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
