Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday modules, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Configure and optimize Workday modules such as:
HCM (Human Capital Management)
Payroll
Recruiting and Talent Management
Provide functional and technical expertise in Workday solutions
Design and implement integrations using Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support
Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality delivery
Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership
Ensure compliance with best practices and data security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience working with Workday implementations/support
Strong knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.)
Hands-on experience with:
Business Process Framework (BPF)
Workday Studio and integrations
Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports)
Experience with data migration and transformation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, Integration, or Payroll)
Experience in multiple full-cycle Workday implementations
Knowledge of HR and Finance business processes
Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise systems integration
Leadership and mentoring
Client engagement and consulting mindset
Strategic thinking and solution design
Attention to detail and quality assurance
