Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator / Billing Coordinator to support our growing client. This role is critical in managing contract entry, billing processes, and compliance documentation within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and manage contracts within Sage 300 (Timberline)
Prepare and process construction billing, including progress billing
Assist with and complete prequalification forms for General Contractors
Maintain accurate project documentation and contract records
Support project teams with administrative and billing-related tasks
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and deadlines
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or billing experience within the construction industry
Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) strongly preferred
Familiarity with AIA billing and documentation is a plus
Experience handling prequalification paperwork for General Contractors
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
