Job Summary

Manages a function or aids in the operation of a department. May also be used to indicate a position in charge of a non‑standard clinical program. Does not have direct reports.
Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of the program to include resident/fellow recruitment, program budgets, and program accreditation.
Assists Director in coordination of various facets of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program which may include candidate interviews and application processes, as well as implementing affiliation agreements and working with management on contracts and reimbursement.
Ensures proper CMS reporting for their program.
Qualifications

Education: Required – High school graduate or equivalent. Preferred – AA or bachelor's in related field.
Experience: Required – 3 years administrative support experience or teaching experience or social work experience.
