Medical Front Office Clerk
Full-time, temp contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Las Vegas, NV. Anticipating full-time hours until at least June 20th with possibility to transition into temp-to-hire or continue on per-diem.
Looking for a seasoned administrative healthcare professional to be the face of a well-known company’s health center. The clinic functions similar to a primary care office--offering occupational, primary, and preventative care services for their employees and families.
Shift Schedule
Must be flexible to rotate between these shifts:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (no lunch)
Top Skills You Should Possess
Must have recent work experience within a healthcare administrative role
At least three years experience providing administrative support in a clinic or office setting
Positive attitude, professional, and excellent customer service skills
Front office experience such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient follow‑ups, computer work, etc.
Responsible, friendly, and helpful employee who is not afraid to learn and work autonomously as well as on a team
What You’ll Be Doing
Front-line, patient-facing support at the health center
Greet patients and check them in/out
Answer, screen, and route calls
Copy, scan, file, and maintain accurate documentation
Office organization and support daily clinic operations
Scheduling and managing multi-service appointments in EPIC
Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures (sign‑ins, badges, etc.)
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests
Maintain records, logs, and office supplies inventory
Assist with onboarding visitors or new staff (directions, forms, etc.)
Other administrative duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring
TB (PPD) test from within the last year or be willing to obtain upon being offered the job
Recent EPIC experience highly preferred
Confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
