We’re looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal who is precise, relentless, and comfortable with mortality. Your attention to detail and collaboration will shape the future of our clients’ legacies.
We’re hiring a full‑time Trusts & Probate Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of Arizona‑based experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and/or Guardian/Conservatorship to work in our sophisticated Estate and Probate Practice.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of Arizona Probate Litigation experience
Ability to manage 20–25 active cases, including probate litigation and trust administration
Experience with high‑net‑worth clients and business valuations is a plus
Strong litigation, client management, and communication skills
Passion for helping families navigate complex legal matters
Driven, detail‑oriented, with a settlement‑focused, trial‑ready mindset
Qualifications & Experience
Arizona-based experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration and/or Guardian/Conservatorship
Strong legal acumen and grit
Proficiency in legal research and documentation
Ability to coordinate with attorneys and external parties
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice‑management software
Compensation and Benefits
Minimum base salary of $90,000 per year, plus quarterly billable hours bonuses (totaling $5,000–$10,000 annually)
Time off: 30 paid days off annually (10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and 5 personal/sick days)
Loyalty vacation program: an additional day off each year up to Year 10, then additional 5 days at Years 10 and 15, etc.
Medical insurance: 50% of individual coverage in the first year, 100% thereafter; family coverage 100% after year 7
Dental, vision, and life insurance fully covered by the firm
401(k) match up to 3.5% of compensation
Monthly dedicated support staff and one attorney assigned per paralegal
Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
