LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to support daily administrative operations for our client's property management team in El Monte. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to property managers
Handle tenant communications via phone, email, and in person
Prepare and process leases, notices, and other property-related documents
Maintain accurate tenant and property records
Coordinate work orders and communicate with vendors
Assist with rent tracking, invoices, and general office support
Support move-in/move-out processes and inspections
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); property management software a plus
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Reliable, professional, and service-oriented approach
