Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
Develop and execute case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Draft reports, evaluations, and recommendations with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
5+ years of experience in commercial or business litigation
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
