matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys courtroom advocacy and is eager to build or expand their litigation experience in a supportive environment. Training and mentorship are available, and newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law litigation matters, including court appearances.
Manage cases from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications
Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence and professionalism in a courtroom setting.
