Overview
U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a Clinical Talent Operations Partner – Regional Talent Sourcing to join our high-performing team supporting recruitment operations. Responsibilities
Pipeline Development : Partners with national clinical and operational leaders to build and shape talent pipelines through targeted outreach, strategic workforce planning, and proactive market engagement.
Event Coordination : Plans, executes, and supports regional and national events including career fairs, programs visits, and networking engagements, to enhance brand visibility and candidate engagement.
Sourcing Strategy : Utilizes our CRM (Beamery), job boards, and professional networks to conduct proactive national sourcing campaigns aligned with department workforce goals. Works with recruitment leadership to ensure messaging, branding, and communication strategies are consistent and effective.
1099 Recruitment Development : Responsible for pipeline development, candidate communication and follow-through with 1099 positions in specified region.
Talent Analytics : Tracks, reports, and analyzes key recruitment metrics to help refine strategies and ensure accountability for candidate pipelines within assigned regions.
Collaboration : Works with clinical recruiters and leadership to stay plugged into what practices are offering in both national and local markets, ensuring we stay relevant, competitive, and ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
2+ years of recruitment, sourcing, sales, or related experience preferred; healthcare experience a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM or ATS platforms (Beamery, iCIMS, Workday, or similar).
Up to 10% travel may be available based on event and recruitment needs.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay estimate for this role is $60,800 - $88,400 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
