Job Description
Processing returns daily to be able to receive a refund, replacement or repair of product being returned. Works with the sales team to resolve issues with the product being returned. Also must work with manufacturers on their process to return, replace or repair products. This position also requires returning products back to the shelves in the warehouse. Will also need to order supplies as needed.
Job Requirements
Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Access.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and must be accurate.
Proven self-starter must be able to work both independently and on a team.
Must have strong verbal and written communications.
Must have warehouse experience.
Able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
