Human Resources Coordinator

This role supports day-to-day human resources activities and helps ensure smooth operation of HR processes across the organization. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to assist with a variety of employee-related matters and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general support across multiple HR functions, including employee services and internal processes
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities
Maintain and update employee records and systems
Respond to employee inquiries and help resolve routine issues
Support recruiting efforts through coordination and communication with candidates
Help manage various HR-related programs and initiatives
Coordinate meetings, documentation, and general administrative tasks
Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors as needed
Ensure processes are followed in alignment with company policies and applicable guidelines
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HR systems or related tools is a plus
