
Human Resouce Coordinator

Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day human resources operations
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers for routine HR inquiries
Coordinate and process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems
Prepare and administer employment‑related documentation and correspondence
Coordinate with payroll and related teams to ensure accurate and timely data updates
Monitor processes for compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
Contribute to a positive employee experience through responsive and organized support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or an administrative support role
Experience working in a corporate or structured environment
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
