
Patient Access Registration - Customer Service Representative

Swing Shift: Sunday, Monday, Friday 6pm - 1:30am
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help patients check into the hospital and answer their questions during registration. You’ll collect information quickly and accurately while listening with compassion to address fears and concerns.
Responsibilities
Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment.
Collect details across multiple programs and input information accurately between physician and nurse check‑ins.
Assist patients who may be ill or worried, building rapport and easing anxiety.
Work quickly and expect the unexpected in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborate with a team focused on career development.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service experience.
Preferred Skills
Medical experience.
Pay: $15.00 – $21.10 per hour. Individual pay determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and training.
