Patient Registration - Customer Service Representative
Shift Hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:00 p.m. – 4:30 a.m.

Location: Intermountain Medical Center.

As our Patient Registration - Customer Service Representative, you’ll help our patients check into the hospital. It’s fast‑paced on occasion and you’ll be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration. You’ll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly but also by listening with compassion—hearing information as well as addressing their fears, concerns, and questions.

Responsibilities

Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment, collecting details that must be input correctly between physician and nurse check‑ins.

Help patients who may be very ill or worried, listening carefully to ease their anxiety and building rapport in real time.

Work quickly and expect the unexpected in a fast‑paced environment, often on your feet assisting patients throughout registration.

Collaborate with a reliable team focused on your progress toward career goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Excellent customer service experience.

Up‑to‑date on all vaccinations; ability to pass a drug test and a background check prior to hire.

Preferred Skills

Medical experience.

Compensation
Base pay range: $15.50 – $23.21 per hour, based on role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
