
Sr. Media Analyst

Responsibilities
Deliver measurement and applicable insights for paid media campaigns for EA's Lifestyle titles, like The SIMS and Skate.
Develop media measurement frameworks that align planning goals with measurable and optimizable indicators.
Design learning agendas and test frameworks grounded in clear, strategic hypotheses.
Analyze performance data, brand lift studies, and campaign reports to extract meaningful insights.
Translate media performance into business context with impactful recommendations for marketing partners.
Collaborate with media planning teams and marketing analytics to inform projects through data-driven insights.
Partner across the Fan Intelligence team to integrate paid media insights into broader campaign narratives.
Champion improvement in how we measure the effectiveness of our paid media campaigns against results.
Qualifications
Industry-specific skills:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing at a multi-franchise global brand.
Familiarity with marketing and media mix models (e.g., MMM, MTA).
Experience with paid media measurements.
Experience with measurement strategies across full-funnel media campaigns.
Job-specific skills:
Experience uncovering insights and creating compelling narratives using data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot table manipulation.
Experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
Experience managing project deliverables with accountability.
Pay Transparency – North America
Compensation ranges for this role are based on location:
British Columbia (e.g., Vancouver vs. Victoria) • $75,900 – $105,600 CAD
Washington (e.g., Seattle vs. Spokane) • $79,500 – $103,100 USD
Compensation and Benefits
Pay is one part of our total compensation. In the United States, we offer paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours of sick time per year, 16 paid company holidays, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with a baby, and medical/dental/vision insurance. We also provide life, disability insurance, and 401(k). Certain roles may be eligible for bonus and equity.
In Canada, we offer vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks maternity, 4 weeks parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement plan benefits. Certain roles may be eligible for bonus and equity.
