Assist with month‑end close activities
Prepare accurate, timely journal entries
Complete account reconciliations across multiple areas
Prepare daily cash sheets and support ongoing cash management
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within accounting
Qualifications Of The Staff Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2+ years of experience with journal entries and reconciliations
Manufacturing industry experience is a bonus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment
