We’re hiring for
ServiceNow SAM Senior Developers
What You’ll Do
Design, configure, and optimize
ServiceNow SAM Pro
for software asset tracking and compliance
Build and automate workflows for reconciliation, entitlement tracking, and reporting
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, SaaS platforms)
Monitor license usage, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and ensure audit readiness
Partner with internal teams and vendors to align SAM processes with best practices
Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Troubleshoot and enhance platform performance and scalability
What You Bring
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
3+ years working specifically with
SAM Pro
Strong understanding of software licensing models (user, device, subscription, SaaS)
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., SCCM, cloud tools)
Hands‑on experience with CMDB design and data governance
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist, SAM Pro
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
