
Sr ResWare Administrator

Position Summary
The Sr ResWare Administrator – ATA serves as Avenue 365’s subject matter expert for the ResWare platform, leading advanced configuration, system architecture decisions, and cross‑functional optimization initiatives. The role assumes full ownership of platform stability, integration health, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior administrators and aligning technology with business strategy.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Architecture
Serve as the primary ResWare platform owner, driving configuration strategy, system governance, and long‑term roadmap alignment.
Administer and maintain the ResWare platform at an advanced level, including complex workflows, business rules, roles, permissions, and automation logic.
Configure and manage file types, products, milestones, automation rules, and task management with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Lead system design reviews and establish configuration standards and best practices across the organization.
Integrations & Vendor Management
Architect, implement, and manage complex integrations with third‑party vendors, lenders, underwriters, and internal systems.
Own the vendor relationship for Qualia/ResWare support, serving as the escalation point for critical issues and strategic enhancements.
Proactively monitor integration health, identify risk areas, and develop contingency plans.
Process Optimization & Automation
Lead enterprise‑wide process improvement initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that reduce friction and improve throughput.
Partner with operations leadership to evaluate emerging capabilities within ResWare and prioritize enhancements against business impact.
Support new product launches, lender requirements, and strategic operational changes through advanced ResWare configuration.
Reporting, Data & Compliance
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the platform; define and enforce data governance standards.
Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs for operations leadership, compliance teams, and executive stakeholders.
Lead compliance‑related configuration initiatives tied to mortgage lending, title, settlement, and regulatory audit requirements.
Own system audit processes, change documentation, and audit trail accuracy.
User Management & Security
Oversee user setup, security role design, and access controls; ensure policies align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Establish and enforce least‑privilege access models and periodic access reviews.
Leadership, Training & Documentation
Mentor and guide junior ResWare administrators; act as escalation point for complex issues and platform guidance.
Develop and deliver advanced user training programs; maintain a comprehensive library of SOPs, job aids, and best‑practice guides.
Champion adoption of system capabilities and ensure staff proficiency across all user groups.
Stakeholder Partnership & Strategic Contribution
Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, accounting, compliance, and IT as a trusted technology advisor.
Lead system upgrades, releases, and regression testing initiatives; communicate impacts and manage change effectively.
Translate business strategy into actionable system improvements; present recommendations to leadership with supporting analysis.
Represent Avenue 365 in ResWare user communities, beta programs, or product feedback forums where applicable.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
5+ years of hands‑on ResWare administration experience required; 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity strongly preferred.
Deep expertise in title, escrow, and/or mortgage lender services operations.
Advanced experience designing and configuring complex workflows, business rules, and system automation within ResWare.
Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to architect and maintain ResWare integrations with vendors, underwriters, lenders, and accounting systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve high‑priority platform issues independently.
Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in mortgage lending and settlement services; familiarity with CFPB, RESPA, and title insurance guidelines a plus.
Track record of building and delivering operational and performance reporting for executive audiences.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Exceptional attention to detail and data management discipline.
Experience mentoring or leading other system administrators or operations staff.
Ability to manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation
Estimated salary range: $90,200.00 – $158,040.00. Compensation may also include medical, financial, various paid time off benefits, and a bonus based on individual and company performance.
