Front Desk Associate
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to join our evening (3pm to 11pm) team. This role is the heart of the hotel's guest experienceproviding warm welcomes, efficient service, and helpful support throughout each guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and checkout
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are addressed
Follow all safety, security, and hotel policies
Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate party or department, take accurate messages when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common areas
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Generate reports as needed
Stand up for 6-8 hours each day.
Qualifications
Previous front-desk or customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (training provided)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work the full 3pm11pm shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, evening shift (3pm11pm)
