What You’ll Do

Own an assigned target list of companies. You’re responsible for prospecting, penetrating, and growing relationships within your territory

Build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executive decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person meetings, and networking events

Manage active client accounts, ensuring delivery, maintaining relationships, and expanding your footprint

Partner with our recruiting team to fill temporary and permanent placement opportunities for your clients

Build your personal brand. Network in the market, attend industry events, and create visibility for yourself and The Nagler Group across New England

Hit your numbers. Prospecting activity, client meetings, new account acquisition, and job order targets are at the core of this role

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required

Some sales experience or relevant business exposure. This could be a sales internship, campus leadership role, customer‑facing job, or any experience where you had to persuade, prospect, or build relationships

Strong business acumen and a genuine interest in people, organizations, and the talent market

No prior staffing experience required. We’ll teach you the industry; you bring the drive

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Our commission structure is among the best in the staffing industry.

Compensation & Earnings

Year 1 OTE: $70K - $80K

Year 2 OTE: $80K - $100K

Year 3+ OTE: $100K+

Top producers have earned well over $250,000
