Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Hamilton, NJ (Onsite, MondayFriday) Pay Rate: $20$25 per hour
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company local to Hamilton, NJ. We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a temp-to-perm capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience in high-volume AP processing.
Key Responsibilities

Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (three-way match)
Prepare and execute check runs and electronic payments
Reconcile vendor statements and research/resolve discrepancies
Assist with AP-related month-end close activities
Maintain organized and compliant AP records
Support other accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications

12 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills for vendor and internal interactions
