This practice focuses on Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments, ensuring veterans receive the evaluations they need. You can choose to work from a facility within the area or from your own office, making this an ideal opportunity for flexibility and community impact.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct one-time, non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
- Perform primarily interview-based evaluations with some physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
- No prescribing or treatment required.
- Complete administrative tasks related to examinations and report generation.
- Participate in quick credentialing and onboarding processes.
- Work on a PRN basis with options for day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) shifts.
- Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Must own a laptop (Apple products not accepted).
- AANP certification required.
- Active and unrestricted full medical license.
- Willingness to complete DMA training for certification.
- Must have a current home address for presentation purposes.
- Valid medical license in Arkansas (non-compact licenses are not accepted).
- Must be board certified in a relevant specialty such as family medicine, internal medicine, or general medicine.
