
PROJECT MANAGER - Full Time

Responsibilities
Works directly with leadership teams to develop project plans for the assigned projects ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
Serves as project manager for assigned projects; runs meetings, manages documentation agendas/minutes, tracks tasks, issues, action items, escalates risks and issues as necessary, and drives projects to completion.
Prepare and produce project materials for internal and external stakeholders, including presentations and documentation of meeting outcomes across multiple projects.
Successfully communicate across a wide spectrum of audiences, lead change initiatives, and demonstrate strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Conduct project discovery activities for assigned projects: gather specifications, identify customer requirements, and determine resources needed for successful project delivery.
Research barriers and resolve issues, creating and assigning tasks as needed.
Keep leadership and project stakeholders informed of activities, needs, and problems, especially regarding work plans, timelines, and project barriers.
Serve as liaison for project stakeholders and the project development team.
Adhere to UHS Project Management standards.
Conduct post‑project analyses and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Travel is required on an as‑needed basis.
Perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare information systems.
Certification in Project Management, preferably PMP or CAPM.
Experience managing multiple projects through the project life cycle, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and within scope.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to conduct post‑project reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
Capability to work with cross‑functional teams and present to senior leadership.

8:30am-5:30pm
