Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager I to manage and direct activities across small to large-scale, multidimensional projects. This role focuses on non-IT business applications and requires ownership of projects throughout the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct all phases of single or multiple mission-critical projects across the full project lifecycle
Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop, monitor, and execute project plans, processes, and tools
Assign, guide, and monitor project team members to ensure effective performance
Deliver high-quality project solutions aligned with business needs, timelines, and budgets
Provide proactive project guidance and support through completion
Track project progress and provide regular reporting and presentations to leadership and stakeholders
Work closely with IT teams and external vendors for application maintenance and software lifecycle documentation
Serve as a power user/administrator for regulatory databases used within the department
Provide general administrative and project support as needed
Required Qualifications:
1–6 years of project management experience
Experience managing cross-functional and multi-dimensional projects
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Experience in data visualization and metrics reporting
Ability to work with regulatory databases and systems
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
