Behavioral Health Intake RN – Triage, Admissions & Referrals

Kingwood Pines Hospital is hiring an Intake Nurse / Counselor to perform medical assessments for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients. You will coordinate admissions to inpatient and outpatient programs, administer medications, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will hold an RN TX license and have at least two years of psychiatric nursing experience. This position involves rotating shifts from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with responsibilities including crisis evaluation and facilitating referrals to various treatment services.
