Responsibilities
Management of EVMS and LOE contracts.
Analysis of program performance.
Utilization of PRISM tools.
Establishing initial baseline for new awards.
Monthly forecasting and variance tracking.
Interfacing with Cost Account Managers.
Support of Government audits and ensuring compliance with EAC policies.

Professional and effective communication skills due to frequent interaction with program leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years experience.
Experience interfacing and conducting business with functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience working independently and with higher levels of management.
Ability to work effectively in a challenging and fast‑paced environment.
Experience preparing contractual IPMR requirements for contractual EVMS programs.
Effective communication with peers, leadership and customers.
Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Experience training finance team members in tools and processes.
Understanding of AOP and long‑range planning, program forecasting and metrics.
