What You Will Do

Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line
Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE)
Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
Various ad hoc exercises
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
Experience with EVMS
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer

EVMS certification
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
Independent, motivated, and able to collaborate across the organization with the ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly expanding environment
Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance
Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines with excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic understanding of GSCM/Ops/Quality "Standard Structure"

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
