Job Overview
Sunstates Security is currently hiring Flex Security Officers in the Cincinnati, OH area. This position offers a pay rate of $18/hr, paid weekly.
Responsibilities
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Perform a multitude of duties as specified by Post Orders and SOP.
Travel to different sites in the Cincinnati area as required.
Work various shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays.
Scheduling Expectations
Train at various posts or facilities based on operational need; assignments are not permanent.
Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
Be offered or accept shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
Some shifts will be scheduled in advance; others may require short‑notice coverage.
Expected to work at least 80% of short‑notice call‑in shifts.
Qualifications
Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible and team oriented.
1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Reliability.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
