Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming across cross‑functional teams.
Own prioritization and management of the product backlog in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.
Produce and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, user guides, and release notes for the Live in 45 toolkit, ensuring content is clear, current, and accessible to both internal teams and external partners.
Lead program management for various initiatives across the organization for operational efficiency.
Own reporting and consolidation of program efforts to senior leadership, including internal updates and narratives suitable for external blogs and marketing use.
Coordinate the end‑to‑end pipeline of partner engagements, including pipeline review calls, nomination reviews, onsite enablement event coordination, and status reporting across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.
Own and drive the operational backlog, including triaging, prioritizing, and resolving outstanding operational items to bring processes to a current and sustainable state.
Audit, refine, and maintain internal knowledge resources (wikis, content, runbooks) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for the broader team.
Provide direct program coordination support to leads, managing cross‑functional dependencies, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution against milestones.
Manage operational processes and drive alignment across systems.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
Experience with knowledge management, content curation, and process documentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and reporting cadences simultaneously.
Proficiency in consolidating data across systems and producing clear, executive‑ready reports.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
