Position Overview
KELLY is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen import/export compliance across our global logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while mitigating operational and reputational risk. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
import/export compliance policies and procedures
Audit and maintain SOPs aligned with
U.S. Customs, EAR, and ITAR regulations
Lead and support
compliance audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and support
CTPAT programs and validations
Ensure proper documentation for
export-controlled shipments
Identify risks, investigate issues, and drive
corrective actions
Analyze and apply
Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)
classifications
Train and support internal teams on compliance standards
Partner cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and operations teams
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in
supply chain compliance and import/export operations
Experience in
manufacturing or global shipping environments
preferred
Strong knowledge of
CTPAT, EAR, ITAR, and U.S. Customs regulations
Working knowledge of the
Harmonized Tariff System (HTS)
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
SAP experience preferred
Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
Education
High School Diploma required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
