Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with the project managers, field team, and clients to ensure a successful pool construction project, ensuring the overall needs of each team are met and representing Landmark Aquatics in a professional and experienced manner. The Project Coordinator will work directly with Project Managers to support multiple projects simultaneously.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the project team (PM and Superintendent) from concept to completion for each assigned project. Duties include assisting with product submittals, material procurement, and project turnover. Compile and assemble project O & M Manuals as part of project close out.
Utilize a construction platform to facilitate communication, upload project documents, and receive completed safety procedures, daily checklists, and logs from the field.
Work with the project team to identify items and materials called for on the specifications and drawings.
Provide submittal packages and maintain a log of the submittal review process.
Organize, react, and address the submittal process with the Project Stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a Material Procurement log for internal and client use (upon request).
Identify long lead time items and work with the project team to ensure a procurement schedule is set and maintained according to each project’s schedule.
Maintain and manage each project-specific Material Procurement Log (for internal and client use).
Purchase materials according to each project’s approved construction documents.
Track received material, document location, and organize materials needed for each project.
Set up new vendors or material suppliers.
Assist the Project Manager in furnishing project-specific electronic closeout documents. Assist internal marketing department in providing post construction specific project information for company marketing efforts.

Education And/Or Experience
Previous Project Coordination and Construction experience is required.

Valid, clear driver's license in the state he/she resides.
Physical Demands
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds from floor to waist and 50 lbs. from waist to chest unassisted. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, color identification and the ability to adjust focus.
