We are looking for a Recruiting Consultant to join our high-performance recruiting team, primarily focused on engineering and technical talent.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Own the full‑life‑cycle recruitment process and meet hiring expectations.
Build strong relationships with business unit clients to influence, guide, and drive the recruiting process.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR partners to meet hiring needs in line with business goals.
Leverage sourcing channels to increase candidate flow and develop strategic solutions that attract high‑quality candidates.
Execute creative sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, external research, etc.).
Evaluate sourcing quality and effectiveness after each hiring activity and adjust plans as needed.
Use data, insight, and communication to keep stakeholders informed and contribute timely ideas and recommendations.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting exempt‑level technical talent preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing, including direct sourcing and selection techniques.
Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, influential, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage, consult, and partner with internal and external clients.
Experience with computer‑based tracking systems.
Proven success recruiting hard‑to‑fill, unique positions.
Experience mining online databases for candidate leads.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
In-depth knowledge of full‑life‑cycle recruiting components.
Ability to cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
Assessment of candidate viability based on experience, attributes, and fit.
Management of the offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations.
Development of diverse candidate pools through effective sourcing strategies.
Strong project management experience.
Effective verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
Candidate sourcing and screening proficiency.
Marketing, selling, and negotiation skills.
