What you will do
Create detailed and precise architectural and structural drawings
Oversee the construction plan review process to ensure accuracy, making necessary adjustments
Update and maintain drawings and files throughout the project lifecycle
What you will need to be successful
Associate degree in architectural or engineering computer-aided drafting, or equivalent education and experience
Proficiency in:
3D modeling software - Revit (preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Standard office equipment (computer, fax machine, telephone, calculator, printer, plotter, copier)
Articulate ideas and information in interactions with team members
Anticipate needs and take action without being prompted, going beyond standard requirements
