About the Role


The Company is in search of an SVP, Business Development for the NYC metro market. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing new business development strategies, overseeing the development of a targeted client database, and managing both inbound and outbound marketing teams to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing customer relationships through direct contact, meetings, and industry events. Additionally, the SVP will lead client engagement with existing long-term clients, ensuring the continuation of healthy partnerships and proactively identifying opportunities for organic growth.

Applicants for the SVP, Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of experience in agency business development, with a proven track record of making strategic contributions to client growth through integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in client services, including the ability to lead client engagement, strategy, and account supervision.
