Physical Therapist
for a 13‑week assignment in Tucson, Arizona.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, develop, and execute care plans for acute care patients.
Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy technicians.
Bill services according to facility guidelines.
Ensure compliance with PT board rules and state regulations.
Collaborate with medical center personnel and physicians to provide team‑focused care.
Use adaptive equipment appropriately.
Update care plans based on patient condition.
Utilize the medical center computer system for documentation.
Provide timely, accurate documentation per state and insurance guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of clinical experience; new graduates encouraged.
Active BLS certification and state‑specific PT license.
Ability to stand and walk long periods, bend and stoop without difficulty.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Job Details
Duration: 13 weeks.
Hours: 40 per week, 8‑hour day shifts.
Employment type: Travel.
