Job Summary
As an RN, you will lead and support the nursing staff, ensure excellent resident care, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans for each resident. Your expertise and leadership will be vital in maintaining the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee nursing staff, ensuring residents receive care according to their individual care plans and state regulations.
Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff skills and resident needs.
Mentor and support nursing staff, including onboarding new hires and providing ongoing education.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Respond promptly to emergencies and medical situations with appropriate interventions.
Perform other duties as required to support resident care and facility operations.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license in Florida.
CPR certification required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
