Overview

The Project Administrator provides administrative and project support to the ITG Construction team. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project documentation, financial alignment, and timely communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative and project coordination support across construction projects
Support project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in monitoring project progress and maintaining up-to-date project records
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support project execution and communication
Support financial reconciliation processes to ensure alignment with project data
Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to appropriate stakeholders
Maintain and update systems, tools, and documentation used to manage construction projects
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness
Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned
Requirements

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
1–3 years of administrative or project support experience preferred
1–3 years of experience in cable or telecommunications construction preferred
Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and maps
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
