Plaintiff-Side Trial Opportunity

Selective opportunity with a top LA plaintiff firm : work on

7–8 figure cases , get

early trial experience , and train directly under some of the

top trial attorneys in the state .

Open to

plaintiff-side attorneys

and

defense litigators

looking to transition for more ownership and upside.

The Opportunity
This is not a back-office litigation role.

You will work on

high-exposure civil litigation matters

and take on

real responsibility early , including

trial preparation and courtroom involvement .

Attorneys here are involved in:

Discovery and depositions

Trial preparation and proceedings

You will also work directly with

some of the premier plaintiff-side trial attorneys in the state , gaining

hands‑on mentorship

and development.

What You’ll Do

Draft pleadings, motions, and dispositive filings

Take and defend depositions

Participate in mediations and settlement discussions

Prepare for trial (witnesses, exhibits, filings)

Handle key portions of cases independently

Second-chair trial experience early

Qualifications

2–6 years of civil litigation experience

Experience with

complex litigation matters

(PI, employment, commercial, etc.)

Ability to manage deadlines and case responsibilities independently
